Important Note: Any device that undergoes repair outside of our facility will not be eligible for return, regardless of the reason. Please ensure that you remove any Apple ID information as well as passcodes from the device prior to your return. Apple Watch customers must also unpair the unit from their phone.
Return by Mail:
Our team will provide specific instructions tailored to your order and return terms. If your return meets eligibility criteria, our customer support team will issue a shipping label for your convenience. Simply print the shipping label and drop off your return with the designated shipping carrier.
Refund Process:
Upon receipt of the returned item at our facility, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. This involves verifying that the returned device matches the one originally dispatched, checking for any new physical damage, and confirming that the device is not iCloud-locked.
If the return satisfies our criteria, a refund will be promptly processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Rest assured, all refund requests are processed within 48 hours of the item's arrival at our facility.
