Wholesale orders must meet a minimum purchase requirement of at least 50 units. Our products undergo thorough testing with industry-leading software to ensure 100% functionality.
All customers must agree to payment terms of wire or ACH transfer only.
Submitting Orders:
Availability of items listed on our price list, which are also available for retail sale on our eCommerce platforms, is subject to change at any time.
Units are not reserved for purchase until pricing is agreed upon with the buyer and the sales representative. Orders will be held in reserve for a maximum of three business days once pricing is agreed upon.
Accessories & Packaging:
Apple watches come with stock color bands to match each model.
Tempered-glass screen protectors are applied to all iPhones during testing.
Other accessories and chargers are not included with wholesale purchases unless otherwise noted. Separate quotes can be provided by your sales representative.
Original packaging is not included. Products arrive retail-ready, with an inventory barcode applied to the back describing the specs. All products are tested for 100% functionality, cleaned, and ready for immediate resale.
Shipping:
Daily pickups are available from all major mail carriers.
Most clients arrange their own shipping, but quotes for shipping services can be provided in special circumstances.
International orders must be shipped via buyer arranged shipping.
Shipping cutoff time is 2PM EST. Invoices without payment confirmation received before 2PM EST will ship the following business day.
Order turnaround time varies depending on availability and deal specifications. Same-day shipping is not available. Customers typically experience a 2-3 day timeframe from order submission to shipment.
Payment:
Only wire/ACH payments are accepted for wholesale purchases. Company credit cards and PayPal are not accepted.
Payment confirmation must be confirmed by our Accounting Department before orders are shipped, typically within 1-2 business days.
RMA Terms:
Purchases are eligible for RMA within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Devices must be returned in the same condition as received and free of iCloud/Samsung/Google account details and passcodes.
Devices repaired outside our facility are not eligible for RMA.
Customers must complete the Customer RMA Form for consideration.
Final approval by our RMA team will result in replacements (if available) or account credit for future use.
